Terms of Service
  1. Client understands the services are consultative in nature and that any actions and decisions made by the client are solely the responsibility of the client. The coach shall in no way be held liable or responsible for any actions taken, or not taken, by the client. Client understands and agrees that the coach is not an employment agent, a business manager, a financial analyst, or a psychotherapist.  The coach makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved. By choosing to use the coach's services, you agree to indemnify and hold the coach harmless from the results of any coaching advice, counsel, or suggestions offered to you. 
  2. WHAT THE AUTHOR WILL RECEIVE FROM CO-PUBLISHER/PROJECT MANAGER:
    - A personalized chapter in potential best-seller utilizing up to (TBD) # of words including
    bio, website, social media handles, and a lead magnet if desired.
    1 on 1 strategy session(s) with Co-Publisher/Project Manager.
    - Story and Chapter Development Coaching
    - Writing Coaching: How to get the stories, wisdom, and information easily out of your
    head and onto the page.
    - 3 professional edits to assure a world-class chapter
    - 1 on 1 support via email
    - Book launch coaching
    - Social media graphics for use during book launch.
    - One-time mass wholesale order opportunity for authors to order their own paperback
    books to sell and keep profits.
    - Authors own their own story. They are sharing their story in this book and will retain the
    rights to their personal story.
    CONFIDENTIALITY
    - The Author acknowledges the Publisher and Co-Publisher/Project Manager will keep all
    information exchanged during the program in strict confidentiality. Additionally, the
    Author is aware that the Publisher and Co-Publisher/Project Manager is prohibited from
    disclosing protected information, except upon written authorization by the Author.
    - The Author gives the Publisher and Co-Publisher/Project Manager permission to use
    approved excerpts from their chapter as needed for promotional usage.
    The Author owns and keeps the complete rights to their personal stories and is agreeing to share
    their stories as a chapter in this book project publication. The Author also gives the Publisher andCo-Publisher/Project Manager the right to use whole or partial portions of their personal stories
    from their chapter for the publicity of this book before, during, and after publication. Publisher
    Corrina Steward / Soul Wealth Media own all copyrights, royalties, and publishing rights on the
    entire content of said book project. Publisher and Co-Publisher/Project Manager have final say
    on all material that is promoted, published, and printed.
    ● Each Author does own the rights to their personal story and is agreeing to share it in this
    book publication project and can share it in other avenues.
    ● Once the final edits are complete and the book is laid out and ready for publishing, and
    print, any changes that the Author deems necessary should be requested and will be
    authorized at discretion of the Co-Publisher/Project Manager with a $200 charge to the
    Author
  3. Should you fail to remit any of the payments on time and not correct the situation in a prompt manner, you may be terminated from the Program and immediately responsible for the remaining balance of the Program.  You may also be terminated from the Program, if in Soul Wealth Coaching’s opinion, your behavior or business is disrupting or disparaging to the Program or infringes on Soul Wealth Coaching’s intellectual property rights.  Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee after 14 days of non-payment.
  4. These agreements shall be governed by the territory of Puerto Rico.  Jurisdiction shall be in Puerto Rico.  In the event of any collection or legal matters pertaining to this agreement, the non-prevailing party shall reimburse the prevailing party for all reasonable legal fees.  You expressly consent to jurisdiction state and federal courts located in Fajardo, Puerto Rico for any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement.  This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Soul Wealth Coaching over and above any oral, previous agreement or written agreements on this subject matter.
  5. You are authorizing Soul Wealth Coach, LLC to charge your credit card for the purchase price. You agree and accept that all payments collected are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
  6. In the event that any element of this book, or the entirety of the book, has to be rescheduled due to a reason outside our control (including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster, terrorist attack, personal injury or illness or spread of a virus or infection among the human population), you will not receive a refund or any fees, but you will be entitled to attend that element of the Course at the rescheduled date. In such circumstances, we will not be liable for any costs associated with amending your travel plans or any other costs.
